The registration packs will include an event programme, full schedule and a site map; badges and autograph slips with will entitle you to two free signatures per guest (please don’t loose these as they can’t be replaced). Extra Autograph vouchers (£5 each) and vouchers for the photo studio (£10 each) will be available to purchase at registration and from the Information Desk.   Terms & Conditions Apply. No refunds. The ticket holder must be in attendance to redeem the two free autographs. Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by a full paying adult. These will provide a rare chance to get up close to the stars in an informal environment and are strictly limited to only twelve attendees per session.   Backstage Passes will be FREE, on a first come first served basis. Each session will last no longer than 30 minutes.   WORKSHOPS! Throughout the weekend there will a series of smaller workshop sessions with your favourite guests. These will provide a rare chance to get up close to the stars in an informal environment and are strictly limited to only twelve attendees per session.   Workshops will be FREE, on a first come first served basis. Each session will last no longer than 45 minutes. A full list of activities can be found here.   PHOTOGRAPH POLICY Although we will be running a photographic studio, attendees are still allowed to take any photos they require at the scheduled autograph sessions where the actors will be happy to pose for pictures with fans. Donation boxes will be prominently placed should you wish to make a charitable donation in return!   A professional photograph studio ran by Robin Pritchard will be running through the weekend, at £10 a photograph.   VIDEO POLICY We regret that we cannot allow video recording within the main areas of the convention, including the main hall.
