31/10:
THE DAME OF
POMPEII
Utopia simply wouldn't be Utopia without honorary
Fantom Films Dame, the ever gorgeous Tracey Childs. Tracey will
be on hand to discuss the high fashion, high drama, sailing
series Howards' Way, her snobbish turn in Ancient Rome in
Doctor Who, and a whole host of other things, maybe even
a few exclusives on some forthcoming audio projects...

09/10:
SURELY IT'S
SUSAN?
An actual Doctor Who legend, and not
just a companion, no no no, Carole Ann Ford played the ONLY
relative of The Doctor's we have seen in the entire history of
the show. Carole Ann will be meeting fans and sharing her
experiences of working at the start of the television show which
has captivated the nation for nearly fifty years. That's Doctor
Who, incase you were uncertain at the back!

21/09:
BON(TIE) TEMPS
We absolutely thrilled that stage
and screen legend Bonnie Langford has agreed to attend Utopia
2012. Best known to Doctor Who fans as the health crazed
computer expert (really?) and all round fashion victim, Melanie
Bush, Bonnie recently found herself back in the spotlight with
Dancing On Ice... has anyone packed their skates?!

12/09:
ONE WE
INVITED EARLIER
Long before he tackled excursions,
makes and messy elephants, Peter Purves was space hero Steven
Taylor, tackling terrors from Daleks to Monoids to Dodo. We are
delighted that Peter will be joining us in Oxford, and who knows
what kind of special workshops could be heading your way...

CONVENTION AND THE RANI
Esteemed actress Kate
O'Mara who is probably best known for her stints on Dynasty

Although Kate was one of Hammer Studio's Glamour Girls (The
Vampire Lovers, The Horror of Frankenstein), these days is
best known for her prominent roles in dramas such as The
Brothers, Bad Girls, Triangle and a down on their luck Lady
of the Manor in the revamped Crossroads has seen Kate
carve a niche for herself as a determined "ball-breaking" female
on television.
Other television
credits include Emergency – Ward 10, Danger Man, The Saint,
The Champions, The Avengers, Department S, Paul Temple, and
Absolutely Fabulous. |
27/07:

sure that he will be able to regale us with some fantastic
stories of his time as a man of steel! |
