Fantom Films will replace all faulty products in accordance with the following policy. Faulty items must be returned within a 28-day period, along with a copy of your invoice and written confirmation of the fault. Fantom Films test every single returned DVD. If found not to be faulty we will return the item. We recommend you to check the disc on a second make and model of machine prior to returning the item.

According to the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ (2000) all customers within the UK have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days of receipt of the product/s. In such a case, all goods must be returned in a saleable condition along with a copy of your invoice and written confirmation. A refund will then be given within 30 days. Please note we are unable to refund the postage and packaging costs.  Unsealed DVDs are exempt from the policy and we will be unable to offer reimbursement for these items.
